Why does my sim have maxed out levels on all skills

When I put my sim into the world to play with her (i had just made her and the house), she automatically had the max levels for all skills. This might be very good for some people, but I just wanted to have a normal experience with my sim and its skills. 

I also wanted to say that all I have is cc, so I have no mods. And I put another sim in the world with the sim with the problem, but that sim is perfectly fine.
