Why does the EA help representative won't reply me on Live Chat?
Hi all, I am new to this and I am having problems with 'The Sims 4' that I have just bought. It is asking me to update it but I just can't download the file. I tried to contact EA help but no one replies me on the Live Chat. Is there any other way I can contact there customer service or anything? PLEASE HELP!!!
If you follow the prompts on Help.ea.com you usually get various help channels. However, depending on your issue, we might very well be able to assist you.
What's the updating problem you are encountering? Have you tried selecting the "Safe Mode Downloading" option from the advanced settings in Origin? This solves some downloading problems when there are issues between your pc and the download servers. 🙂
