What app and what menu are you talking about?
@anastasijasfg The app in question is the EA App. Click three lines in the upper-left corner of the App window and select Help > Restart app. If that doesn't help, try Help > App Recovery.
If that doesn't work either, please let me know what issue you're seeing.

@puzzlezaddictI've tried Restart app and App Recovery. Nothing worked.
I have 17.7GB free on my hard drive, however when I start downloading and I get the Low disk space pop up window, it goes down to 2-3GB, sometimes only a few hundred MB.
This not only shows in the pop up window but in my file explorer too.
Kind of annoying that this issue has been reported in several threads in 2 months and it's not being dealt with.

@Tyupain Please try to clear more space on your drive, at least 20 GB in total. The EA App is requiring the total space of the base game in order to install an update, and while this may be fixed in the long run, there's no workaround available now other than to clear the space.
