So because EA hasn't released The Sims 4 on Mac you are now a fan of 2K because they publish games on Playstation and Xbox...How does that even make sence?
Also, notice I just have the Hero title in here, I don't work for EA if that's what you are thinking.
That's not it. I'm Tired of EA don't give MAC Users.
I was a fan of the First 3 Sims games but when I found out that we MAC users won't get the WORLD TOOL ON MACS. NOW NO COMMENT or Acting they care about MACs when we MAC Users knows it's hog wash.
I'm just putting my feelings into this thread. Since EA doesn't care about MAC Users at all.

There's a difference between "don't care" and "it financially doesn't make any sence to do it" or "we simply don't have the resources to do it"
Anyways, if you want to play The Sims 4 using a mac you can always use Bootcamp. This is a one of the many guides out there:

I heard from my cousins whose good at computers. They both say that Bootcamp a MAC cost more than a MAC does with hidden fees.
Plus I don't know how to Bootcamp anyway. I will never will. Just cause I trust my cousins more than the SNOBS AT EA.

Bootcamp is just running a Windows OS within Mac. It essentially makes the Mac a Windows machine. I can't speak on costs vs performance, though I'm sure many have opinions to that effect.
On your main issue the extent of the information we have so far is: "We know our players on Mac are looking to hear more. We are working on it. When we have more to share, we’ll bring the news to you right here."Source: http://www.thesims.com/en_GB/news/ts4-announce-Oct14
Now I understand that you're eager to pay the game on Mac, but posting disruptively and slinging insults isn't going to help anyone.
