Why is it every time i try to edit a sim on sims 4 in zooms into the stomach?

Every time I try to make a sim on sims 4, I try to edit their face, it goes to their stomach and wont go up to the face. Also, when I go on build mode I can't do anything, I can't close sims, I can't...

I also am having this issues and I have no mods added on.

    Try repairing the game through Origin then

    (right-click on the game)
