Why is my game blurry?
In the sims4 whenever I start my game the characters are blurry and undetailed, even though the game settings are just fine. I have no idea what to do. Someone please help.

@whh7cf1bvqqr Please post your computer's dxdiag - how to collect dxdiag data Then attach the created text (.txt) file to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window. Is it just the sims or is it the whole picture?
