Why is my is my sim all black?

When I use CAS I can see my sim and the clothes but when I'm back in game mode she is all black like a shadow and it only occurs in one of my gameplays and only effects one of the characters.

I'm a bit late, but this might be usefull to some.

I had the same issue and I found a possible solution. I have a lot of CC and thought it might be that, but turns out it wasn´t. It was actually my graphics settings. Lowering Sim quality from Very High to High fixed the issue.
