why is my sim glowing

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have City living, Get together, Cats and Dogs Get to work, Laundry day, Outdoor Retreat and Spa day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just appears on a sim, I have only seen it on adults
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim gets shiny / glossy but the sim can still act as normal.
What do you expect to see? The sim will get shiny / glossy.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
