Why is my spellcaster sim crackling with electricity all the time?

Ever since one of my spellcaster sims became an acolyte she keeps crackling with electricity all over her body from her arms down to her legs. It doesn't seem to be interfering with anything it's just really confusing.

Check if the bar - where there are sim needs - has no additional marking. It's probably a curse effect. Your sim has either trained too much or dueled too much. You can buy a potion for it for satisfaction points or he can make a potion yourself if he already has such skills.
