I only play Sims 4. I'm not a gamer and I don't care.l at all about playing on ultra settings. Gonna get the cheap one I found

That is entirely up to you. If you don't plan on getting new Expansions or The Sims 5 (if there ever is one) and don't intend to use it for other things that are more demanding it will probably be fine. If you want an opinion on a particular PC feel free to post a link.
