WHY ISNT MY SIMS 4 WORKING

After the Patch update my game keeps saying their is a problem with my patch update. Please re-install the game. Ih vae uninstalled the game with the Ea App as people suggested but nothing is working...

    @Illidanerium  Some of the information in your dxdiag is missing, so I can only guess that you might be running Windows 7.  What I do see is a system very much like others that can't run Sims 4 in DirectX 11 mode.  So please try forcing DirectX 9 mode instead.  Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx9 in the command line box.

@Illidanerium Did you remove and update all your mods if you use them?

I removed all my Mods, so i have 0 mods in my folders. I only have the file resource in my mods folder and i removed my trey folder because i know with a new update your suppose to remove all mods from the folder otherwise they will brake
