Why Was I Banned From The Sims Forums?

I'm unsure as to why I was banned from The Sims Forums? My username was 'Swiftlover13'.

I've read the Forum Rules and I cannot see which rule I have broken. I was never warned.

Why am I band from sims mobile forums. I have not done nothing wrong & I have no clue why I would be band. I'm band for no reason. Why?

They say there's a webform to fill out for this but there's no way to get to it so I can fill it out. Please help
