Why won’t my script mods staying enabled

So I have mcc command Center and it was working fine then stopped working so I waited in till they updated it and tried again and I had deleted the previous version and now my script mods won’t stay ...

    @kenziefall  Please go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and delete options.ini.  You'll need to reset all your in-game options, but hopefully the changes will stick this time.

I won’t have the options file, I have tried everything and script mods still won’t stay on.
