why wont anything work
so I love to build and create. now though I make a house like I always have have doors and stairs and multilevel. once in play mode, all the walls close can't do half wall view can't use the floor up and down arrows. literally can't use the build. sim can't enter. can't make basements. it's just a black nothingness. and if you try to make a basement it says you can't build over the boundary. yet there is no boundary no nothing. I can't even use the sim houses made by the game they won't let the sim in. i spent so much money on all the packs and kits etc and I can't use any of it. I need help. I tried to repair it, I reinstalled I did the whole vc thing in the folder. nothings worked. mods are not enabled it's just my game and regular packs.
@SavageScreamer43 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save, get to building, and let me know which problems, if any, are still present.
