Why won't my sims 4 load my gallery

Are you using custom content ? If so, make sure you have the cc filter under advanced filter checked.

Actually how do I get my origin off offline mode?

      Mine has never worked. Just got the game 2 weeks ago as well as a new laptop and I have tried it all. I even tried shutting off norton firewall and still nothing. Looking for some help

        Do you have the actual gallery button or do you get endless loading ?
