I’m looking to purchase this laptop (used)
HP Elitebook 850 G4 16RAM 1TB HD i57th generation.
I have NO clue about laptops and specs and all that. I’m attaching pictures seller added with info.
Will this be okay to run The Sims 4?

@heeylmbb As long as it's been maintained, that computer should run TS4. But it won't run it very well, and it might not be able to handle all expansion packs at the same time, even on lower settings. The model comes in a number of configurations, many (most?) of which only have weak integrated graphics card. Even the dedicated card sometimes included isn't really strong enough to handle all EPs on higher settings. And its processor is relatively weak as well, although the integrated card would likely be the limiting factor.
If you wanted to run all packs on ultra settings now, I could find you a couple of options for $700 (all prices U.S.; computers cost more in other countries). Actually, there's one option I just saw for $580, although it's not a great option overall for other reasons. Models that would run all future packs on ultra settings as well generally start above $1000, although I did find one for $800.
If you post your budget and country, as well as anything else you'd like to do with this computer (and let me know if it has to be a laptop), I can look for good options for you. But below a certain price point, the quality of the hardware tends to drop off dramatically, and you probably wouldn't end up with a computer that did what you wanted.
