Will Lenovo thinkpad w541 or w550s play the sims 4

I'm debating between the two because ill be using it for mostly engineering but i play the sims 4. the w541 model uses graphics nvidia quadro k2100M and the w550s  uses nvidia quadro k620M, i want to...

The graphics card is not really a consumer gaming card but more for business use. You might be able to play it but I find the computer with 4 GB and only 500 GB of hard drive space a bit on the low side for gaming.

Is gaming your main purpose for getting this ? Does it have to be a Lenovo ?
