Of the laptops you've linked, the MSI with the RTX 4050 is the best in terms of performance, followed by the Victus with the RTX 3050. (The MSI with the 3050 is out because the third-party seller has bad ratings.) The RTX 2050 is significantly slower, and the laptops without a dedicated graphics card are much slower than that. So I would go with the MSI with the 4050 if you don't mind a somewhat noisy laptop, and the Victus with the 3050 otherwise.
You can get a slightly-newer MSI with an RTX 4050 from Best Buy for a little cheaper than the Amazon option:
