Your laptop can probably only run all current Sims 4 expansions together on low-medium settings due to the relatively weak graphics chip. But there's no harm in trying, at least if you already own the content. You can simply adjust the settings until you get the performance you like.
If you don't already own the EPs, I would suggest only buying one at a time and seeing how the game runs. Make sure to actually use or observe the new content, for example letting it rain and snow with Seasons and having a pet in the household with Cats & Dogs. If you're satisfied with the current performance, you can add another EP and test that too.
Game packs are mostly not so demanding, so it's fine to add a few at a time. Stuff packs and kits have a negligible effect on performance.
