Will this laptop run the sims 4?

@DaneeHewitt  What country are you in, and how much are you willing to spend?  The laptop specs you've listed aren't very good for Sims 4: you'd be able to run all packs, but likely only on low settings and probably not with great performance even then.  But there may not be anything better in your price range, depending on your budget and region.
