Willow Creek and other towns are missing since update
I have tried everything including contact ORIGIN and uninstalling and reinstalling- I am missing towns and when I go o make a new sim the screen is blank Please help

Restart your computer, then repair the game: open your Origin library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't work, move the entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts, and repeat the above.
