@kemistrysimmer What antivirus do you use? If it's Avast, AVG, or Sophos, try changing the settings listed in this article:

If you only have Windows Defender, click the link for Controlled Folder Access and follow the directions there.
If you use a different antivirus, try adding exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and Origin.exe. You may need to repair the game afterwards.

I just tried it and it didnt work. Thanks for trying to help. How do I add exceptions for the game and origin?

@kemistrysimmer If you have Avast, AVG, or Sophos, instructions for adding exceptions are in the post I linked. If you have a different antivirus, you'll need to look up instructions for it. Most programs have user guides on the publisher's website.
Please also let me know which antivirus, if any, you're using.
- 4 years ago@puzzlezaddict I thought I had windows defender which I think I do but I tried the instructions for the controlled folders and it didn't work. Also is it possible to call EA to help me fix this because I have no idea if it's a problem on my end or EA's end
