Windows XP 32 bit, Gallery?
hi can you help i can't play sims 4 anymore i accidentally updated my game on windows xp 32 bit only basegame ☹️

@PastelQueen8 Please, download The Sims 4 Legacy - open The Sims 4 game details page, then select the Extra content tab and scroll down. Legacy Edition should be there for you to add it to your Game Library and download it.
The Gallery is indeed disabled in The Sims 4 Legacy Edition. Another option would be, if it's possible for you, updating your Windows to a 64-bit version.

The Sims 4 no longer supports 32 bit OS, so you will need to download Legacy Edition if you want to keep playing on that system, and unfortunately online features are not available with it.
