So the new update is great and all, but it RUINED the Gallery, I can't open it in game, I could in the menu, but I just got a weird image and couldn't open anything, and now I can't open it anywhere. Anyone got a solution, or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?
its the UI mod if you have it installed (if not idk) update too 1.17
I am having the same problem but I do not have any mods or anything like that
Every time that I open the main page, I press the play button and the screen loads for a sec, then it crashes.

same, if I tried opening in the main menu it would have the layout of the gallery but instead of the words, it was replaced by a bunch of 'w's? and when I go in-game on the top right corner like the setting button the camera, all the buttons where gone as well as the whole bottom was gone like where my sim should be with her emotions, and the play, pause, and speed button? As well it deleted some harmless CC. I really hope this gets fixed.
so I'm having an issue where the gallery won't show anything besides the place where you would select stuff, like going into your profile or where you'd browse the gallery, and on that instead of the names for them, its just replaced by w's and I can't click anything besides x, plus I can't access ingame. I do use cc but it doesn't seem to do anything. Please help xd

I got the update yesterday (on June 3rd) and since I first relaunched my game there has been issues. Firstly, when I went into CAS, my default CC eyes were not showing up. They were replaced with basegame eyes yet they still showed all of the swatches with the CC ribbon. I removed the eyes and put them back in and the issue persisted. I have add-on CC eyes from the same creator and they are working perfectly fine. Then once I got into gameplay, the lower part of the screen where the time, money, phone, etc. didn't show up. I closed the game and launched it again today expecting to be able to be able to get my sim back from the gallery and try again. Except, I can't open the gallery. When I do, I'm met with a blank screen and all the tabs saying "WWWWWWWWW..." When I close out of the tab and try to re-open it, it just won't open.
You need to update your Mods and CC as always when there has been a patch. That is why Mods and CC were disabled after the patch. The Mod responsible for the "W" (UI Extensions) has been updated.
