my game keeps crashing

and its getting on my nerves. I even got a better pc because our old one couldn't hold up. Everytime i play my game crashes. It doesn't even have a pattern it just shuts down and im tired of it. There is no error code nothing the game just closes. At the sat the EA App at least opened but now nothing. I could turn around and look back and it would seem like i never opened the game.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

There are several "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" errors in your DxDiag.
These lead to the OS crashing with a Blue Screen.

This error is often but not always driver related, you can read about it in this Heise article
What it certainly means is that there are problems inside your system, which are probably also related to the game crashes.

Do the Blue Screen crashes (the entire PC shuts down.) also happen when you play or is only the game crashing to the desktop?
If it is only the game, under what conditions do the Blue Screen crashes happen?

There is no blue screen crashes. It's only the game that closes. And its only when i play sims 4.

    Thank you for the help.
