Won't Connect to Gallery

For almost a month now, my Sims 4 has refused to connect to the Gallery or go online. Every time I try to connect, it freezes and then says it cannot connect and asks if I would like to try again. No matter how many times I try to connect, nothing works and the game keeps freezing. I have tried all of the methods I could find of trying to fix the issue, but nothing has worked. I believe I started experiencing issues around the October update. Also, I do not have any CC or mods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry you're having issues.

    I would repair the game and see if it fixed or go here to report an issue with Sims 4 https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-4&platform=pc [click technical support]

    I've reinstalled games having issues with gallery before or connecting to it.. sometimes that is a pain but if you choose that route, make sure ALL files are off the computer.. sometimes after unistalling there will be files left by either cookies or something.. make sure to do clean with cc and search for sims 4 in the search of your computer.. before reinstalling! <3
