Wont let me go into live mode

Question

The same thing happens with me. When I load up the sims even if I load a new game it won’t work. I can do everything except okay with them in live mode. I use a lot of mods/cc but I know their not the problem since my game is updated to the fullest. I have every pack you can think of. Does anyone have a solution?

@xoeunoiaTo be absolutely sure that this is not a mod related issue move a mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder - important! - and fix the game in Origin.If it will not work try to do a factory reset as described in this post.http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199I don't work for A
