Basically when I click on the play button on the family it goes on a screen where it tells me to chose either : willow creek, oasis springs or Mongolia promenade.
Did you then pick the family you want to play ? Does that not work ?
I think they're trying to say that it's stuck in an infinite loop..
Have you tried to create a copy of the save at the main menu and see if that save loads properly?- ApprovedYes, that's what I was trying to say. It's stuck in a loop. I talked to some game advisors and one of them told me that many people are experiencing the same problem but it should be fixed within 24 hours and if it's not I should get back in touch with them. If that doesn't work how do I make a copy of the save file?
