Workers not showing up to restaurant or retail

exactly as title says - it works for my vet, my employees show up and do their work, but with my restaurant, my hostess, 1 waiter, and 1 cook show up. with retail, no one does i've tried repairing m...

    i don't - that persons restaurant had a pole in the way so the sims couldn't get to the lot.

    my workers dont appear on the lot, but a different sim who i haven't hired does, and firing them does nothing, same as with trying to fire the original employee > this happens with my restaurant

    with my retail, no one shows up at all.
