The one I'm using is dying. I have a new one but there is no slot on it for CD/DVD. My original game and a few others came on CD. I may not have all the emails. I want to change over, but not sure how to get everything I paid for. Also, my game crashes when I try to use the gallery.

spirit_nz Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and you'll see all the DLC you own.

you mean for Sims 4 ? You redeemed the code for that on your EA account so you don't really the CD/DVD anymore. You can just download the game.
Any game you entered the code into EA app/Origin should be fine. It's on your account.
You can try if you can install the game on your new desktop even if it's still on the old one too.
Check if you have gallery crashes on the new one too. If not, don't worry about that part.
