@juicejeff19 All of these laptops would be able to run Sims 4, all packs included. The third one is clearly the best option because of its dedicated graphics card: an Nvidia 1050 would be able to run all packs together on ultra settings, or maybe a mix of high and ultra at worst. The other two would only run the game on medium settings.
But if it's going to take you a year and a half to save up for the third laptop, it's probably not worth the wait. Besides, that particular laptop would likely not be available by then, given how quickly inventory turns over. If you can buy one of the others now, then go for it.
Between the first two, the second is better because its hard drive is faster. Although Sims 4 will run the same, once it's loaded, on any kind of hard drive, it will load faster on a solid state drive. Windows will also load and run faster, as will most other programs. So it's always better to get a computer with an SSD if you can.
By the way, I looked at the other laptops on the three sites you linked, and I didn't see any better options in your price range than the two you linked.
