    Is anyone still having issues with this ?

    The gallery is now back online and hopefully that should also solve this message

My friend is also having this problem. Cleared cache, tried without mods, reinstalled origin. Nothing.

    I am having this same problem too. I have been play TS4 since the day it came out and all of a sudden yesterday i am unable to connect to access the gallery. I contacted EA and tried every troubleshooting option, restarted my router, uninstalled mods, uninstalled and reinstalled origin and TS4 with no luck. I am waiting again to talk to someone else.
