Yay my entire game is broken now!!

So, I wasn't even here that long ago to report my inventory breaking my entire game. Now, whenever I open my game, it's just a black screen. I did enable my mods and cc, but now I cannot turn it off at all. NOTHING works. The game loads in faster for me, but once I get to the menu, the game breaks entirely, and once again, I have to task manager close it. I can't hit anything, I can't go to settings, nothing. What is going ON.
