If I purchase this pc would it run the base game and all current and future expansion and stuff packs??

The GTX 970 is quite suitable to run today's 3d graphical games. I have customers with 4k monitors and vr hardware and while the GTX 980 works I feel that may be the low end for some of the hardware coming. If you read the other post I left for you I'm thinking the GTX 1080 may become the low end for high end systems. I want to use a 60 inch 4k screen and see the pimples on my sims faces.
