Zoomers Deliver and Hire a Service not showing up.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except cottage living. dine out, dream home decorator, outdoor retreat, parenthood, realm of magic, spa day, vampires. Laundry day, paranormal, nifty knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a household, look at the household section on the phone. and scroll all the way to the bottom. See if you see order a delivery or hire a service
What happens when the bug occurs? Both order a delivery and hire and service don't show at the bottom
What do you expect to see? I expect to see order a deliver and hire a service at the bottom of the household tab of the phone
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I removed my custom content. And it's still not showing up.
