My expantions packs dont show

I bought four expantions packs, and since the last atualization all my packs are just gone, i have done everything that i could do to get them back, i restarted the game, restarted my pc, and nothing happened, in the market place shows that i dont have any purchase!

i need help, cause i've spent a lot of money on this and need all my packs back!!
