I am having this issue as well.  I have never downloaded the sims before onto this computer of any sort.  All those files you are missing, I am missing.  I am running vista home premium service pack 2.

    Same question as I asked above you, do you have any program that does the registry fixing & cleaning automatically? Or you're doing the cleaning manually?
    You might want to turn the automatic registry fixing & cleaning off before installing TS2-UC, since these .exe registry are important even tho they are written "Application Path invalid".
