i installed cc cleaner today but all this was happening before it. I uninstalled AVG, restarted several times. Im not sure if i have a cleaner or not. Unless vista came with one i do not believe i have one.
Vista has never came with automatic Registry fixer/cleaner/tuner. Reinstall the game and see if you get the list of .exe files in CCleaner.
And as for the update,
You must back up your TS2-UC's .exe files registry in Diskonkey or any other mobile strorage, since this back up registry is still eligable to repair by the program, and thanks to iolo to go full registry fixer, I have lost the .exe files of TS2-UC -rage mode: on z_z-
