Bought Sims Medieval but only Windows is in my library

I have a Mac and I obviously can't download it to play. What do I do? I didn't receive a code after purchase. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app. What do I do to get the Mac version of the game to show up in my library for download?

@lbebiak1 , The Sims Medieval is no longer playable on any Mac OS except Mojave and lower. Contact EA Help Support and explan the situation to get a refund.
