I bought Sims Medieval Special edition back in March of 2015, and after having to restore my OS I can no longer download the Pirates and Nobles expansion AND I can no longer see the Launcher without an error code telling me to re-download the game, and this is the 4th time I've re-downloaded it. Any help would be appreciated.
i just re installed it a second time an i always get this:

and i can't see the start button. and on the picture were the white is there it is blank, i see the background picture through the white
Well, I answered part of my question... to download Pirates and Nobles I "just" had to buy the Deluxe edition... so I had to pay more money for what I bought before. Yay.
