can't launch sims medieval and redeem code

I bought the sims medieval around 2013 and I' trying to launch it on the EA app but it doesn't work. When I put the code on it says I should redeem it but when I try it says the code is invalid.

The game is installed on the app but when I open it I have a window saying that the installation is not completed.
