Contacting Live Chat

@CradeVescent I do believe for Russia you do need to call our Support. Do you get the details for that?

I've tried but it closed despite the fact that they should work

@CradeVescent If you are OK with contacting Live chat in English you could change the country on Help.EA.com to US or UK.

If you change to UK, use the following steps:

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/new/?product=the-sims-2 and select your platform.
2. On the 'Select a topic' screen select 'Game Information' and then 'Availability'. This should get you a live chat option is English

I did what you said and waited more than an hour. Nothing happened

@CradeVescent We shouldn't have any major delays on chat at the moment. When you selected the 'Chat' option did you get a second pop-up window that said something  like 'Connecting you to an Advisor, please wait'?

There was a second pop-up window

 That's what i got after 40 minutes awaiting

@CradeVescent Did you close the second window? Once you get the second pop-up window leave that open as you will be connected to an Advisor in the window.

No it was opened. Tried that a couple times

@CradeVescent Alright, some changes were made in the last few days. Could you please go through the 'Contact us' flow again today after clearing browser cache and then check if you can contact an Advisor.
