I need an actual email for customer support at EA. I've lost the serial code for my Sims game. The game has never been loaded onto this computer, so I can't find it through the computer's files. It has been suggusted that emailing someone directly in this situation is the best option I have. Every link I click on for contacting someone takes me back to the same webpage. Please, I need an email address!
