The Sims Medieval registration
Hi! Could I please have my CD Keys registered on the Sims3 portal? I've tried to do it manually but I get an error. Thank you

Hey lipsongsun,
Just to confirm, are you using the 'Register a game' button after signing in to thesims3.com?
If you are and are seeing the error after entering the code, you'll need to contact live support and have them help you register the CD keys. They'll have the right tools to look into this with you, as we aren't able to help with account-related requests directly here on the forums.
