Do I need EA Play for the Birthday Bundle?

I just want to know if I have to sign up for EA Play Pro in order to play Sims 1 and Sims 2 from the new Birthday Bundle, which I just bought. I cannot get help anywhere!

Sandfang  No, you do not need a subscription.  These games are standalone, either separately or as part of the bundle.
