I'm a little bugged that holidays and traditions are universal, so one family won't want to light a menorah for their holiday while another family lights a kinara. (I mean, I guess I could juggle the holiday traits depending on who I'm playing, but that sounds like a lot of extra overhead.)
Otherwise I've made some very insular clubs, but my default playstyle tends to be more about time management optimization over in depth role play. Unless worship affects your game statistics in some way, I put it off in favor of something that does.
