Frame Drops and crashing

Installed the game and proceeded to play, everything was fine until I decided to go to the Magic Town Lots and I noticed the game started to look slow, went to other lot with almost 20 sims and a lot of objects and it got worse. Tired of this I went to another town and there was no sims so the game was running smoothly so basically the problems starts when the sims interact with other sims or with objects. 

After this I wanted to go back to the neighborhood and the game crashed.
