Fresh install; game fails to generate neighborhoods

Hi! I'm having some issues with my game. As you can see, there's no neighborhoods. I believe the issue comes from the above folder being in my Documents. For whatever reason, it ended ...

I've not only tried uninstalling from D and reinstalling to C MULTIPLE times, but I've also tried creating a new user account on my PC and installing it under that accounts' C/Documents folder.


No luck whatsoever.

@tomanynote , I'm guessing that there is a file somewhere hidden with in either your C or D drives that needs to be deleted to fully uninstall the game. Do a seach to find if there are any Sims 2 files still on your computer.
