Help with Sims Medieval

Hello, I've been playing the sims for years and a year or two ago I reinstalled sims medieval and it launched fine but now when I try to launch I keep getting this error message. I've tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure I have enough room. I've spoken to an EA support member and tried everything they've said, apart from the the suggestion that I should start a new pc profile and downloaded origin and the game on that there but I feel like there might be a better way. If anyone can please let me know that would be great thank you.

  • @ikitherai Please go to Documents\Electronic Arts\ and take out The Sims Medieval folder, then try running the game. Let me know if anything changes.
  • Hello, When I tried that is comes but with an error saying I can't move the file because one of the package files web services aren't in service, so I'm assuming it's not working because I got rid of OneDrive awhile ago. And maybe if i got onedrive again it would run the files properly and then run the game better? I'm not sure...

@ikitherai , check the EA App to see where your saved games are saving to. It may be that they are still saving to OneDrive instead of your Documents folder.
