I played TS1 from 2000 until my last laptop that could run it was stolen in 2007. It wasn't until 2018 I picked up TS4 on sale and spoiled myself with ALL the add-ons to that date. The rest is history. I do want to play TS2 and 3 eventually and enjoy what I missed during that 11-year pause.

I hope you enjoyed the 25th anniversary editions! If not, you can still get the Legacy versions of TS1 and TS2, both on Steam and EA that were re-released on the 25th Anniversary of the franchise. TS3 works on Steam once again now, though for awhile it would not play at all. However, the TS3 packs you bought on EA are not compatible with the Steam TS3 packs since Steam installs the game in a different location. All user content is still saved in your Documents folder though, regardless of platform.
